Hold Up Shuttlesworth, The 13 years will come quicker than you think!

Oh hello there, we haven't been introduced yet. My name is Gregory and I'll be your source to everything big NBA.

What a great way to get started by directly going in and breaking some records. If you haven't yet heard, Ray Allen passed Reggie Miller on the All-Time List for Most Three Pointers made.

He will undoubtedly set a new mark that won't be broken for years. However, all records are meant to be broken and Allen will lose the title one day just like Reggie did. How long exactly will he hold onto it? That's quite simple to answer, you see.

A stud by the name of Stephen Curry entered the league last year, and has been lights out from three point range. His rookie season he knocked down 166 threes, while shooting a blistering 43% in 80 games played. Ray Ray's rookie campaign he connected for 117 threes while shooting 39% and playing in all 82 scheduled games. That's a difference of 49 three pointers made. (Remember 49, you'll see it again later). Ray Ray has gone by the years knocking down hundreds of threes per season, he saw himself make 200 or more three pointers 4 out of his 14 years thus far. Impressive, I must say.

But back to Curry, being only 23 (Allen, 36), there is no question Curry is going to surpass Ray Ray in 13 years time, if not sooner. If you really think about it, Curry is already on a nice pace to pass Allen on the list. It's simple, already in his first year he made more threes. For a guy who is already shooting a better percentage/playing less games per season. It's just demonstrating how Curry is debatably a better shooter than Ray Ray altogether, and you can't tell me in 13 years time Curry is going to get worse. Shooters always age well. No way Curry will slow down.

Sad thing for Ray Ray is that he will always keep shooting, connecting three pointer after three pointer, but he will always be 13 years ahead of a guy who is simply just on better pace, who is a better over all shooter, and who has played in less games. The numbers are just in Curry's favor.

Well Mr Jesus Shuttlesworth enjoy your big moment of glory, because in 13 or less years from now, your record will be matched and then eventually be broken and you'll feel what Reggie did the night you broke his record: bitter. Reggie can act like he is all happy for you, but we all know Reggie's ego is too big for him to not be the less bit bitter about it. He wouldn't be human, and he most certainly wouldn't be a professional athlete. It's just a simple matter of past, present, future. You're currently the present, but Curry is gonna be the future. So perhaps another movie is in the FUTURE? You'll need to make an other one, once your record is broken, and you have nothing to be remembered for besides being SECOND overall on the All-Time List for Most Three Pointers made. I'm starting to think maybe not connecting on the 49 more threes Curry MADE his rookie year compared to yours, is such a big deal...Don't you, Jesus?
