Who is the bigger JACKass?

We all love sports. We've all watched sports on television before. We've all been subjected to retarded announcers who have no business being on television. As a Leafs fan, I know how this feels. I have to listen to a senile Joe Bowen anytime I watch a Leafs game. He doesn't even know the players names and often screams a series of incoherent words whenever he feels someone is close to scoring (which is often misread by him because he's almost 95). This raises the question: which of these two sportscasters are more foolish, annoying, retarded, or mind-numbingly painful to listen to? The candidates:
